Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki is a political advisor from America who served as the 34th White House news secretary between 2021 and 221. As a part of the Democratic Party, she previously served in the Obama administration as the White House deputy press secretary (2009); the White House deputy communications director (2009-2011); the spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013-2015) and as the White House communications director (2015-2017. Psaki was an CNN political contributor from 2017 until 2020. Psaki began her career in 2001 as a political contributor for CNN. She worked on campaign for re-election of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate, and Tom Vilsack (Iowa Governor). Psaki was later appointed the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's presidential campaign. From 2005 until the year 2006, Psaki served as communications director to U.S. representative Joseph Crowley and as regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was back in the political arena in 2012, serving as the press secretary for President Obama's 2012 campaign. 20 Psaki was fired as the spokesperson of the United States Department of State, on February 11, 2013. [20] There was speculation Psaki would succeed Jay Carney, White House Press Secretary at the Department of State.[21However, Josh Earnest replaced Carney on May 30, 2014. In the year 2015, she returned to the White House as communications director and stayed through the end of the Obama administration.
